  • DHL Courier: Express delivery for urgent orders
  • Coverage: We deliver to any address within the United Kingdom

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Express Delivery: Next working day (when ordered before 2 PM)
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain value (details at checkout)

Order Tracking

Delivery Requirements

Failed Delivery If delivery fails:

  • The courier will attempt redelivery or leave the package at a local depot
  • You will receive notification with collection details
  • Packages not collected within 7 days may be returned to us
  • Return shipping costs may apply for uncollected packages

International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available in the future - please contact us for updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report any damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will work with the courier to resolve lost package claims
  • Replacement products will be sent once claims are processed
