- DHL Courier: Express delivery for urgent orders
- Coverage: We deliver to any address within the United Kingdom
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days
- Express Delivery: Next working day (when ordered before 2 PM)
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain value (details at checkout)
- Express delivery charges apply for next-day service
Special Handling for Research Materials All peptide products require special handling:

Order Tracking

Delivery Requirements

Failed Delivery If delivery fails:
- The courier will attempt redelivery or leave the package at a local depot
- You will receive notification with collection details
- Packages not collected within 7 days may be returned to us
- Return shipping costs may apply for uncollected packages
International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available in the future - please contact us for updates.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Report any damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with the courier to resolve lost package claims
- Replacement products will be sent once claims are processed
- Insurance coverage applies to all shipments
